The "SCK10" is a seal checker capable of conducting a complete inspection of the safety and security of sealed packaged products. It can inspect up to a maximum of 100 items per minute (adjustable). In the servo drive thickness inspection, the "thickness" and "leak" of sealed packaging products are inspected with high precision for all items.
■Contributing to Claim Reduction through High-Precision Inspection We measure the minute changes in bag thickness when the bag is pressurized, allowing for high-precision detection of seal defects. By automating inspections that are prone to individual differences when done manually, we maintain high seal quality. High-speed inspection of up to 150 bags per minute is possible, making it compatible with high-speed lines. ■One-Touch Setup Change (Optional) Simply switching the remote control reservation completes the setup change. Since no parts replacement or manual adjustments are required, this contributes to reducing the labor involved in setup changes and prevents accidents caused by forgetting adjustments. ■Cleaning Time Reduced to About One-Third! The inclined design of the top surface of the main unit emphasizes resistance to the accumulation of dust and debris. We have adopted a safety cover that does not interfere with other models during operation or cleaning.
